We want you to love your fit! Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
1. The Policy

Swim Bottoms: For sanitary reasons, all swim bottoms are eligible for Store Credit only. We do not offer cash refunds on bottoms.

Swim Tops: Items purchased at full price (or with a discount of less than 15%) are eligible for a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

Condition: Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all tags and hygienic liners attached. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. Items with removed tags, lost liners, or those that have been laundered will be refused.

14-Day Window: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
2. Restocking Fees & Shipping

Multiple Sizes: To discourage "bracket ordering," any returns from orders containing multiple sizes of the same style will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping: We do not provide return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
3. Final Sale
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Pieces purchased from our "Sale" section.

Items purchased with a discount code of 15% or higher.

Hair accessories (scrunchies, headbands, hats).
4. Processing Your Return
Once we receive and approve your items:

Store Credit: Will be issued via a digital gift card within 3β5 business days.

Refunds (Tops Only): Will be processed back to your original payment method within 10β14 business days. Please allow an additional 5β10 business days for your bank to post the transaction.
